Organizations seeking support of grants, charitable contributions, or sponsorships are required to enter into a written agreement with Incyte to receive funding. Information on subsequent screens will guide you through the process of determining your request type and the required documentation. Incyte recommends that you submit your request at least sixty (60) calendar days prior to requiring a decision.

Independent Medical Education (IME) Grant Requests

Incyte is committed to supporting innovative, high-quality initiatives that provide the healthcare professional with evidence-based, clinically relevant, performance-based education, in order to advance healthcare practice and improve patient outcomes.

Independent educational initiatives eligible for consideration must be designed to improve patient outcomes by:

  • Communicating healthcare information consistent with Incyte's educational objectives to healthcare professionals

  • Advancing the practice of medicine

Educational activities may or may not be accredited.

Examples may include: live symposia at medical conferences, grand rounds, fellowships, and web-based programs including enduring materials.

Healthcare-related Charitable Contributions, Sponsorship and Membership Requests, Sponsorship, Memberships and Contribution funding request submissions from European organizations should be directed to Incyte Biosciences International Sàrl, Medical Affairs Outreach at outreach@incyte.com

Incyte supports organizations that share our commitment to ensure that students, healthcare providers, patients, caregivers, and patient advocates have access to healthcare information.

Organizations that may be eligible for charitable contributions, sponsorships or memberships include:

  • Medical schools
  • Medical associations/societies
  • Certain Not-for-profit organizations - 501(c)(3) and other tax-exempt organizations
  • Patient advocacy groups
  • Hospitals/medical centers

Eligible requests must be designed to focus on healthcare and align with all Incyte internal and external compliance and regulatory guidelines.

Sponsorship, memberships and contribution funding request submissions from non-US organizations should be directed to Incyte International Biosciences Sârl Medical and Legal Departments at receptionEU@incyte.com.
